They had my car for 2 weeks was it supposed to replace the rear main seal and clean the PCV orvis and have my car for 2 weeks and was only supposed to be like 12 hours job all together then I got my car back and had evap Major League then after that they wanted to charge me to fix it $296 then on top of it after I got my car back and was driving it my axle popped out of the transmission and then after I had to argue with them and to explain to them it was not my fault it happened it was theirs and then they ended up fixing the axle free of charge horrible experience no rental car gave me one at first for a day or two and then I returned it and never had one again had to find rides to and from work horrible experience then they would not change my timing belt either when they said it needed done the insurance adjuster had to come in due to the cost that they just charged me to do the rear main seal it was absolutely horrible experience and I'm still having problems with my car due to it and I won't even take it back there because of it

I went in for an appointment, was given an appointment within a couple hours of just walking in, oil change, fix a tire, key fob battery. The service was quick, efficient, they offered to wash my car a couple of times, which I turned down due to a time schedule, and so very kind and friendly. The price was excellent, workmanship great and I tell everyone I know to go there to purchase a vehicle. These folks know customer service excellence. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership three years ago and have been returning there for service ever since. I can't imagine going anywhere else. What an amazing crew. Mark was a great salesperson. Worked out the deal over the phone and when I went to the dealership the transaction was quick. Mark return phone calls immediately but for the most part he was available to take my calls. I drove 6 hours to Fairway Chevy GMC and would do it again for my next purchase. Took truck in for a passenger side airbag inflator recall and my dash was broken in the process. Not sure what they will do about it yet, said they will let me know in a couple of days.

very easy to schedule in a timely manner

Toke my new 2025 gmc 2500 in for def gage not reading full when it’s full but the day it’s working but still one line from full and the truck shakes but they couldn’t fill that but as soon as I get in and drive away and stop it’s starts to shake and the radio isn’t very loud in it and the guy who worked on it was playing around with my amp to my sub I put in it when that had nothing to do with the volume of the radio that doesn’t go very loud from the day I got it and it having a hard shift every now and then the couldn’t find either and the passenger side mirror making noise and not having a radio antenna but other than that and they had my truck for like five days and only put ten miles on it and they also tell me the fuel I use is normal when I only get like 15 miles per gallon on highway my old diesel truck got 20 miles per gallon on highway

Came in with a number in mind. Anthony did what he could to get as close as possible. Car was clean and ready to go for me. Its a time consuming process but it went pretty smoothly. Only comment or suggestion I have is more print outs with the prices and offers. I know I like to see physical media for stuff like that.

This was our first time visiting the dealer, however we did review an on-line sale and a hold deposit was done on a new 2026 GMC Sierra SLT Crewcab 4x4. Upon arrival we were pleasantly greeted at the door (by first name) which was impressive. The dealership is very nice as well. The sales manager Anthony was exceptional from beginning to end of the sale. His personality and more important to us was his down to earth upfront honestly. This meant a lot to us. I would have liked to know about the small imperfections on the truck before I came to look at the truck. Small dent in cab corner hard tonneau cover had some dimples and 2 stone chips on the hood. I can live with but they neglected to mention them. I did see the cab corner but didn’t see the others,my mistake.

My experience was a good one , I was notified as soon as the dealership received my part and a appointment was made promptly to replace it, if I had to say anything negative it would have been that the inner fender was not completely reinstalled but the one little spot I just slipped back into position.
